Practical experience within the Kingdom in trade, contracting, restaurants, real estate investment, and import in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Financial analysis and preparation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards. Management of general accounts, customer accounts, supplier accounts, and bank accounts periodically. Accounting Software Skills:- Proficiency in ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics GP, Odoo) - ACC software - Qoyod software - Arabic Accountant software. Proficiency in accounting integration for warehouse accounts, purchases, sales, and administrative affairs. Language Skills: Full proficiency in English, spoken and written. Job Responsibilities:- - Establishing internal controls for financial operations. Developing plans to increase revenues and decrease expenses. - Managing cash flow to ensure the company's ability to meet its financial obligations. - Opening documentary credits and advance payment accounts for purchase contracts for goods imported from abroad, and calculating the unit cost of goods. - Preparing warehouse monitoring reports, cost of goods sold reports, and organizing year-end physical inventory count committees. - Examining and auditing accounting operations, the correctness of the accounting for each contract, establishing sound accounting systems, and cost centers for each project. - Providing management with reorder point reports for raw material inventory after studying fast-moving items in warehouses and sales volume. - Supervising and preparing financial reports for contracting projects, pricing and reviewing specification items for project work, reviewing interim payment certificates with quantity tables, preparing invoices for interim payments and financial claims for payment, and tracking completed project work items. - Providing management with supplier classification reports, monitoring credit limits granted by suppliers, and aging of supplier balances. - Comprehensive knowledge of various aspects of contracting work, interim payment certificates, project contract accounts, and logistics services to provide solutions for all problems that may arise to prevent project stoppages. - Planning and developing financial strategies, liquidity availability for company purchases, company relations with suppliers, and financing sources according to the expected procurement plan, and the extent to which the procurement target for warehouses is achieved, and the quality of performance.
