Trucks and heavy equipment Crusher
The Hammer Crusher is an industrial equipment used to break down and grind solid materials into smaller particles.
Mechanism of the Hammer Crusher
The machine relies on a specific mechanical mechanism to achieve the crushing process:
High-speed rotation: The electric motor (shown on the left) transmits motion via belts to the main shaft inside the crusher.
Direct impact: The internal rotor has free-moving hammers that rotate at very high speed, striking the materials entering from the feed hopper (on the right).
Fracture by friction and rebound: Rocks or materials are subjected to fragmentation as a result of direct blows, impact against the inner walls of the crusher, and friction of materials against each other.
Size control: The crushed materials exit from the bottom through a screen that determines the final output size, where the particle size can be adjusted as needed.
