Lexus LS 2007 Peace be upon you I have original Lexus LS600 headlights, with the water sprayer, and they are very clean. They may need polishing. Of course, they fit LS460 from 2007 - 2012. They were installed on my LS460 2007 car and are shown in the pictures.
