HR Manager with practical experience in managing and operating human resources within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in applying government systems and regulations and managing HR and administrative affairs processes.
- Proficiency in dealing with government and service platforms, including: Qawa, Social Insurance, Mudad, Visas, Chamber of Commerce, TAMM, Eفاء, Sabl, and medical insurance platforms.
- Experience in HR management through ERP systems, including managing employee data, contracts, salaries, attendance, leaves, and reports.
- High efficiency in preparing payrolls, managing employee files, and preparing analytical reports using ERP and Excel.
- Experience in recruitment and sourcing, from advertising vacancies to hiring and completing regulatory procedures.
- Experience in managing employee medical insurance, including quotations, medical networks, insurance benefits, and additions and updates.
- Ability to develop HR procedures, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Good technical background in operating systems, networks, and computer applications.
- Available to work after 5 PM on a part-time, flexible, remote, or customized services basis.
