New royal caravan, double axle, 14 meters long by 4 meters wide ((just came out of the factory)) Factory warranty for three years on the iron structure. Cost: 1- Customization cost 108,000 SAR at Shari Caravans factory. 2- Lithium solar power system, 15 kWh battery, and a 5800 inverter that can run two or three 12-ton air conditioners, the system cost me 12,000 SAR. 3- Turkish carpet from Bursa company for 3,000 SAR. 4- Furniture and antiques for 2,500 SAR. ((Total 125,500 SAR, all invoices are available)) The iron is all heavy-duty and custom-made, not from ready-made parts. It was appraised at 110,000 SAR by a knowledgeable buyer, and the sale is imminent. Reason for selling: (Sold all the camels with their equipment) and the room is currently located south of Al-Shamli. You can connect it to a truck head or bring a steering mechanism and connect it directly. It consists of: A reception majlis with a fireplace, 8 meters by 4 meters. A fully equipped kitchen and shower, 4 meters by 3 meters. An entrance, sinks, and a corridor, 1 meter by 4 meters. A compact bedroom, 2 meters by 4 meters. A deck that opens on both sides, 4 meters by 2.5 meters. Interior is PVC with oak accents. Chassis and front/rear partitions are 30 cm. Insulation is 4 cm thick rock wool panels all around the caravan except for the floor, which has rock wool rolls. Independent electrical room with anti-short-circuit breakers.
