## About the Job
We seek to attract a sales specialist with the ability to develop business and acquire new corporate clients, build strong professional relationships with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term operational and service contracts.
## Key Responsibilities
* Attracting new clients from the corporate and institutional sector.
* Conducting field visits to companies, factories, warehouses, and commercial complexes.
* Communicating with HR, Operations, Procurement, and Facilities Management officials.
* Presenting and explaining company services professionally.
* Studying client needs and converting them into sales opportunities.
* Arranging meetings and presentations for potential clients.
* Preparing and following up on commercial offers until contract completion.
* Updating client data and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
* Preparing daily and weekly reports on sales activity.
* Following up with existing clients and developing upsell opportunities.
