Nissan Patrol 2006 Manual Gasoline 4WD I am offering a 2006 Patrol, modified to 16. 4500 engine. The engine was overhauled by the previous owner. The body has the driver's door filled and painted. I don't know about the rest of the body. I bought it without inspection. It has a Ben Merdhas header, electronic Fox muffler, filter, racing tires, and the glass is all original, even the front.
