Key Tasks and Responsibilities: * Production Management: Develop operational production plans, and follow up on workflow to ensure timely and highly efficient product delivery. * Pattern Design: Execute patterns (paper and digital) with high accuracy and professionalism. * Technical Documentation: Create professional Tech Pack files that ensure accurate design implementation. * Quality Control: Full supervision of Quality Control (QC) stages to ensure the product meets the required standards. * Design: Ability to participate in the creative aspect and develop designs in line with technical and production requirements.
