Age from 24 to 35. Real estate marketing license (VAL) is preferred. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Marketing vacant real estate units through various channels. • Receiving clients and responding to inquiries. • Conducting viewings and negotiating with tenants. • Following up on lease agreements and their renewal. • Working to increase occupancy rates and reduce vacancies. • Preparing periodic reports on marketing performance and occupancy rates. • Continuous coordination with property management and tenants. Advantages: • Rewarding incentives upon achieving a 95% occupancy rate for rented buildings. • Half of the commission (50% of the rental commission). • Stimulating work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
