I honestly don't know what's wrong with it. I bought it a year ago, new, and it sat unused for two months, and after that, it didn't work. It comes with two chargers. I swear to God, I bought it for 2600. I suspect the problem is with the battery, but God knows best. However, I am in need and want to sell it.
