Raising the level of service. Creating a complete accounting system for cash inventory, daily operations, and expenses. Activating strong offers with studies on their profit and returns. Full knowledge of municipal regulations and training on municipal observations and errors. Creating a monthly profit and loss statement and discussing it with the owner.
