These devices were purchased in 2014 for work purposes and were used for only one year, then stored until today and have not been used. Both devices have been formatted and have a new system installed, and are 100% ready for use. They come with an Apple wireless keyboard, and all original boxes are included as shown in the picture. One device is not working and needs repair. The issue might be with the RAM or hard drive, I'm not sure. I've attached a picture of the screen showing a question mark ❓, which has a specific meaning for repair technicians. I've placed the power cord shown in the picture on this device to distinguish it from the others. It does not come with a box or a keyboard. There is one Samsung monitor, 20 inches. All power cords are included, except for the data connection cable (HDMI) from the computer to the monitor.
