For sale here is a fully original 1990s Seiko Quartz World Time watch, model 5T52-6A40. A beautiful, untouched piece. All original parts, as it left the factory, with no modifications. As you know, this is a mid-size Seiko Quartz World Timer. The 5T52 is a collector's dream in the market right now, and this Panda variant is no exception. Offered in excellent, fully original condition. It comes with its original Seiko gold-tone bracelet. Manufactured in March 1990, this watch is in full working order, keeps time accurately, and all functions operate as they should. The watch features a GMT time-setting function; when the red hand points to a city, the local time at the top changes. The black bezel displays different cities around the world, each representing a separate time zone. Additionally, the watch has sub-dials with an alarm and a second hand. The date changes at 00:00 (using a large hand). The white luminous hands and dial glow clearly in the dark, making it very easy to read the time in low light conditions. A great example for its age. All original parts, sharp and clean, with crisp lines. The crystal is in good condition. It has some light surface scratches, most notably visible in the photos around the 2 o'clock position. They are only visible from certain angles but are present. Authenticity: Completely original inside and out. Unpolished, unrestored, unrepaired. A rare piece in every sense of the word. Functions: Extremely accurate and keeps time like new. Automatic and manual date change is excellent, all crown threads are present and clean. The World Timer selection works perfectly, as does the alarm function. Bracelet: Original Seiko bracelet. Fits a 7.5-inch wrist. This is a truly wonderful 5T52 World Timer, in excellent condition, and becoming increasingly rare.
