Our ovens are characterized by: - The finest types of thermal stone specialized to withstand the highest temperatures. - Built by trained technicians from the Italian Association for Authentic Neapolitan Pizza (AVPN). - The temperature of the ovens is 900°F, which corresponds to 500°C, the ideal temperature for cooking Neapolitan pizza. - Insulation to retain heat inside the oven. - Low dome height to heat the oven and cook the pizza. - Gas and wood, or according to customer choice. - Three-year warranty. - The customer can choose (external appearance, chimney color, adding a logo with the restaurant's name)
