The role involves joining the team and contributing to the organization of administrative and office tasks. Job Responsibilities: Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and daily work schedules. Preparing and drafting letters, correspondence, and administrative reports. Answering phone calls, transferring them, and following up on inquiries. Managing and archiving paper and electronic files and records. Monitoring emails and responding to correspondence in coordination with management. Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on the implementation of recommendations. Receiving visitors and clients, and organizing hospitality and reception procedures. Following up on administrative transactions and coordinating between different departments. Performing other administrative tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Appropriate qualification in Administration, Secretarial studies, or equivalent. Previous experience in secretarial and office administration tasks. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. High skills in organization and time management. Good communication and writing skills in Arabic, and preferably proficiency in English. Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility.
