Accountant with 8 years of experience in accounting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Follow up on customer and supplier accounts, perform monthly reconciliations, prepare supplier account files, issue payment orders, and write supplier checks.
Input purchase invoices, sales invoices, purchase returns, and sales returns.
Proficient in inventory counting, item cards, and supervising periodic and annual inventory.
Print monthly bank statements and reconcile them with the program accounts.
Prepare all entries, including recording expenses, discounts, revenues, statements of account, bank transactions, supplier and customer transactions, depreciation, inventory, and all adjustments up to the trial balance and income statement.
Prepare Value Added Tax (VAT) and submit it on the website.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel - PowerPoint - Word).
Professional work on accounting software (ERP):
ONYXPRO (InventorTech) (Al-Khwarizmi) - (POLOSYS)
Experience using Photoshop and creating designs.
Proficient in using the internet (Outlook & Smartermail).
Experience with government services and programs (Mudad - Social Insurance - Absher - Muqeem - Qawa - Balady - Najiz - Mueen - Logisti).
Valid driver's license available.
