Peace be upon you, and may God bless your times wherever and whenever. We begin the announcement with prayers upon the Prophet and remembrance of the Most Gracious. There is no god but Allah. Today's announcement is for those who do not have the time, money, or ability to help their birds, and the solution is with me, God willing. I accept all types of parrots, sick and healthy, inside and outside Tabuk, depending on the illness if I can treat it or not. The reason for the announcement is so that these weak creatures are not wronged due to ignorance in raising them or lack of understanding of the parrot world in general.
