• Recruitment, hiring, and conducting interviews.
• Managing employee contracts and personnel affairs.
• Professional handling of the platforms: Qawa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Muqeem, Absher Business, TAMM, Ministry of Human Resources, Ministry of Commerce, and Zakat and Tax.
• Issuing and renewing residency permits, work permits, and service transfers.
• Managing salaries and payrolls and submitting them through the Mudad platform.
• Following up on Saudization and compliance requirements and adherence to regulations.
• Preparing administrative and HR letters and forms.
• Following up on employee medical insurance and related government procedures.
• Experience in dealing with electronic government systems and efficiently completing transactions.
Educational Qualification: Master's degree.
Place of Residence: Jeddah.
