STC 5G router. Regarding whether it works with SIM cards from other companies, I haven't tried it because I use STC internet. I have no idea if it can be unlocked to work with other companies. The reason for selling is clear in the last picture. I bought a portable STC router because my internet needs have changed and I need it mostly outside the house.
