Four of them are still installed and have excellent cooling. They are guaranteed and free from any malfunction or defect. They are installed in the living rooms. Two have been removed. One of them is ((NIKAI)) brand, 18,000 BTU, hot/cold. All of them are sound and working. One is without copper. Loading and transportation are the responsibility of the buyer. The installed air conditioners can be inspected, operated, and their cooling tested before they are removed. We apologize for not including the copper as I will be installing replacements.
