Incentives and Deductions Mechanism: * If 900 shipments are exceeded, an additional bonus of 2.5 riyals will be paid for each additional shipment. * If the number of delivered shipments is less than 900, the salary will be calculated based on the number of completed shipments at a rate of 2 riyals per shipment. Requirements: * Valid residency permit. * The profession must be one of those allowed to work in the private sector. * Private driver or domestic worker professions are not accepted. * Expired residency permits or those with a report of absence from work are not accepted. Work Conditions: * A promissory note for 50,000 Saudi Riyals must be agreed upon before receiving the vehicle, and it is considered a guarantee for the vehicle and the shipments delivered in custody. The note will be canceled upon termination of the contractual relationship and return of all items according to procedures. * Contract duration is 3 months. * It is not permissible to leave work before the end of the contract period, or to notify the company at least two months in advance to allow sufficient time to provide a replacement and complete the handover procedures.
