Honey support invoices are available, certified and guaranteed.
You must upload the invoice and visit the branch after completing the upload process via email.
If you leave the request pending and do not visit the branch until the institution is closed or support is suspended, we are not responsible for that, and the amount will not be refunded to the customer.
In case the request is rejected due to an error in the invoice, and after visiting the branch, the invoice will be amended without any problem.
However, if you do not have a beehive and the request is rejected for this reason, the customer is not entitled to a refund, as the presence of a beehive is a basic condition for inspection and acceptance of the request.
