Ad Type: Looking for employee Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor : ‏Job Title: Procurement Manager ‏Company: One of the largest companies in the Eastern Province in the field of concrete, bricks, and transportation ‏Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Dammam ‏🔹 Job Description (in Arabic): ‏We are looking for a professional Procurement Manager with experience in the ready-mix concrete, transportation, and crushing plants sector, to lead procurement, supply, and chain operations. ‏He will be responsible for securing the best suppliers, ensuring the quality of products and services, and balancing quality with cost, in line with the company's standards, specifications, and policies. ‏🔹 Tasks and Responsibilities: ‏Manage and execute procurement and supply operations for all operational needs (maintenance, equipment, etc.). ‏Search for qualified suppliers and build long-term strategic relationships with them. ‏Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms without compromising quality. ‏Ensure continuous and uninterrupted availability of materials and supplies. ‏Monitor the quality of received products and services and ensure they meet specifications. ‏Coordinate with various departments (Maintenance, Operations, Finance) to identify needs. ‏Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and contracts with suppliers. ‏Manage the procurement budget and control costs. ‏Improve procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency. ‏Prepare periodic reports on performance, expenses, and suppliers. ‏🔹 Qualifications and Requirements: ‏Saudi National. ‏At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the concrete, transportation, and crushing plants sector. ‏Good knowledge of supply chains and supply operations in the ready-mix concrete, transportation, and crushing plants sector. ‏Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. ‏Ability to analyze costs and make effective financial decisions. ‏Proficiency in English (spoken and written). ‏High organizational and time management skills. ‏Proficiency in using computer systems and procurement systems. ‏🔹 Core Competencies: ‏Procurement and Supply Management ‏Negotiation and Contract Management ‏Supplier Management ‏Cost Analysis ‏Demand Planning
