🔔 Vacancy | Accountant 📍 Location: Riyadh 🏢 Employer: Commercial Establishment 🕒 Work Type: Full-time 📋 Job Responsibilities: • Following up on orders and invoices through e-commerce platforms and payment gateways (Salla, Tabby, Tamara, Madfooat, MyFatoorah). • Recording purchases, following up on supplier accounts, and analyzing prices. Purchases and comparison • Inventory counting, follow-up, and continuous inventory analysis. • Reviewing payment gateway fees, performing financial reconciliations, and processing returns. • Following up with shipping companies and couriers and ensuring the accuracy of associated financial operations. • Managing bank accounts and preparing periodic bank reconciliations. • Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly and annual financial reports. • Preparing and submitting tax and zakat declarations through the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). • Working on accounting systems such as: Qoyood, Waraa, Daftar. • Comprehensive follow-up and cooperation with accountants on data and auditing, ensuring the accuracy of recorded data, inventory, sales, and purchases. ✅ Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. • At least two to three years of experience in commercial accounting. • Full familiarity with the mentioned job responsibilities. • Experience or knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an added advantage. • Proficiency in using Excel and accounting systems. • Possesses initiative and a desire for continuous development.
