Ad Type: Looking for a job Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor Responsibilities:- * Managing the company's complete accounting cycle. * Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly and annual closings. * Preparing financial statements, budgets, and financial reports in accordance with approved accounting standards. * Executing closing and accounting separation tasks and accurately preparing financial positions. * Preparing and following up on the company's operational performance file and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Monitoring cash flows and managing bank accounts and bank reconciliations. * Managing and reviewing customer accounts, supplier accounts, advances, and fixed assets. * Supervising Point of Sale (POS) systems and linking them to accounting systems and ERP systems. * Preparing tax and zakat declarations and dealing with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. * Preparing profitability reports, analyzing costs, and submitting recommendations to management. * Monitoring inventory, purchases, and internal financial control. * Coordinating with the external auditor and preparing the required files for the annual audit. * Developing financial policies and procedures and improving the efficiency of accounting work. Qualifications:- * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Minimum of 9 years of practical experience in the accounting and financial field. * Strong experience in preparing financial statements, closings, and accounting separation. * Excellent knowledge of zakat, tax, and financial systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. * Experience in using accounting systems, ERP systems, and point of sale systems. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and preparing financial reports and financial analysis. * Ability to prepare operational performance reports and submit them to senior management. * Leadership skills and a high ability to bear responsibility and make decisions. * Experience in managing multi-branch accounts. * Experience in linking operational systems with accounting systems.
