Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Direct supervision of construction sites and follow-up on execution according to plans and quality and safety specifications (HSE). Leading and directing the workforce, and distributing daily tasks to technical labor and subcontractors. Procurement and supply management, and negotiating with suppliers to determine quantities and control costs. Effective coordination between engineering, execution, and financial departments to ensure timely project delivery. Inputting financial and administrative data, and efficiently preparing periodic reports using office and engineering software (MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit). Current Location: Riyadh
