A civil project engineer is required to work on demolition and dismantling projects. Required Tasks: * Field supervision of demolition, dismantling, and relocation works. * Inspection and examination of dilapidated buildings and on-site assessment of their condition. * Monitoring the execution of works according to maps, KMZ files, and approved scopes. * Organizing the movement of equipment and labor within the site and monitoring daily productivity. * Applying safety regulations and isolating hazardous areas before and during work. * Documenting the condition of buildings before, during, and after demolition with photos and reports. * Submitting daily reports on executed works, observations, and obstacles. * Coordinating with the consultant or relevant authorities as needed. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in site works. * Experience in demolition, dismantling, and inspection of dilapidated buildings. * Ability to manage the site and deal with labor and equipment. * Proficiency in preparing reports and field documentation. * Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Earth, and KMZ files is preferred.
