Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Smart Operations: Full field and electronic supervision of fleet operations and directing drivers to raise delivery efficiency 🚗. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management: Real-time monitoring via dashboards to ensure the highest order acceptance rates, strict adherence to time, and reduction of cancellation rates 📉. Readiness and Compliance Management: Monitoring drivers' daily "readiness hours" and activating their accounts on various delivery platforms. Financial Control: Daily and accurate collection of cash from drivers and regular reconciliation 💰. Logistics Coordination: Monitoring the status of vehicles (company-owned or leased) and direct coordination with rental offices responsible for maintenance to ensure no vehicle stops operating. 💼 Financial Benefits and Incentives: Fixed Monthly Salary: Determined based on experience and competence after the personal interview (a distinguished and comprehensive salary package including allowances) 💵.
