Receptionist and Support Services
Working Hours:
From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Job Duties:
• Receiving and welcoming visitors and beneficiaries.
• Organizing appointment schedules and internal coordination.
• Answering phone inquiries and serving beneficiaries.
• Supervising the cleanliness and daily arrangement of the association's facilities.
• Preparing and arranging hospitality (coffee and tea) for guests and visitors.
• Following up on the association's simple operational needs.
• Performing assigned tasks related to the nature of the work.
Required Qualifications:
• Good manners, appearance, and politeness.
• Seriousness, discipline, and responsibility.
• Ability to organize and arrange.
• Previous experience in reception or support services is preferred.
