We provide maintenance contracts for surveillance camera systems, including monthly or quarterly visits for a comprehensive inspection of the surveillance system. This includes cleaning lenses, measuring their performance and effectiveness, inspecting signal and power cables, ensuring their efficiency and good condition, and performing necessary maintenance in case of any issues with cameras or cables. During maintenance, the hard disk and DVR/NVR recording devices are reviewed. The compliance certificate is a document proving that the facility has installed a surveillance camera system suitable for its activity and covering the required locations inside and outside the facility according to technical and regulatory requirements. This certificate was previously known as the completion certificate, and then procedures and requirements were updated through the Aman platform.
