Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor 📢 Job Opportunity at a Major Contracting Company in the Eastern Province A major contracting company announces its need to fill the following position: 🔹 Administrator – Administrative Affairs Tasks and Requirements: ▪ Practical experience in managing and following up on government platforms. ▪ Proficiency in dealing with platforms: Qawa, Muqeem, Madad, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Absher Business, Balady. ▪ Experience in obtaining and managing company cards and accreditations from various entities such as Electricity, Aramco, SABIC, and similar entities. ▪ Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ▪ Ability to prepare letters and reports and follow up on administrative transactions. ▪ High skills in organization, archiving, and data management. ▪ Ability to work within a team and withstand work pressure. ▪ Previous experience in the contracting sector is preferred.
