Ad Type: Looking for employee Experience Level: intermediate Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Diploma Job Title Automotive Parts Advisor General Job Objective: Receiving and serving customers and following up on their spare parts orders, and working to secure and supply suitable car spare parts and high-quality alternatives from suppliers and negotiating with them to efficiently and quickly meet the business's needs. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Receiving customer orders and accurately identifying the required spare parts through catalogs and electronic spare parts systems. Market research for original spare parts and high-quality commercial alternatives and comparing their prices. Communicating with local suppliers and dealers to secure spare parts at the best possible prices. Using the computer to record sales, track orders, and update inventory data. Communicating with suppliers or reading spare parts catalogs in English when needed. Conditions and Requirements: Experience: Intermediate experience (1 to 3 years) in the field of automotive spare parts sales or procurement. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and basic software (such as Excel, Word, and email). Language: Good knowledge of English (helps in reading spare parts specifications and communicating with suppliers). Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
