I took it to Jarir, they did a check and said all parts are fine, it just needs a software update. I told them I'll come back later and left because I don't use wired much. I was thinking of backing up my data and taking it for warranty to do a software update. The device has no scratches, has not been opened, and has not been sent for maintenance. Thank you.
