Sony Four does not complain about anything, and the sound is sometimes light and sometimes there is no sound (the Sony has a problem, which is that the charger port on the right is broken and does not work, but the one on the left works). Other than this problem, I don't suffer from anything at all, and I don't remember if it has been serviced or not (it does not come with controllers).
