I have a sheep pen, annually invested in with a contract from the farm owner.
The pens operate on an annual rent system, with payments every 6 months.
The rent has been paid until the beginning of the year.
There are electricity and water services within the farm for a monthly fee of 150 riyals.
The area is 700 square meters.
The pen has access to water and electricity.
Pen components:
1- A pen + a shaded room for sheep with zinc roofing, sufficient for 25 heads.
