Throughout my years of work, I have had multiple experiences within endowments and non-profit organizations. Each experience added to my understanding of this sector and contributed to shaping my perspective on institutional work.
Over time, I realized that a writer's value is not measured by the breadth of topics they write about, but by the depth of what they offer in their chosen field.
Hence, my decision to focus in the next phase on writing about endowments and non-profit organizations, and related topics such as administrative organization, institutional development, studies, initiatives, governance, and institutional content.
I do not write about these topics as theoretical knowledge or material for abstract discussion, but from the reality of experience and work, ensuring that what I present is practical, applicable, and mindful of the differences and needs of various entities.
I also do not aim for a large number of articles, but rather aspire to build cumulative knowledge content that adds a new idea with each article, addresses a practical issue, or opens a door for reflection and development.
I hope that the reader will find on this page what helps them understand reality more clearly, develop their work, and contribute to building more organized, efficient, and sustainable institutions.
I ask God to bless this effort, make it purely for His sake, beneficial to His servants, and grant me sincerity and correctness.
I welcome all dialogue, experiences, or ideas that contribute to enriching this field, as knowledge grows through participation and is completed through the exchange of expertise.
