Female Alexandrine parakeet, not sure of her age. Her wings, feathers, and nails are complete. She talks, saying 'baby', and makes clicking sounds and whistles. She was very tame with her previous owner, but with me she has changed. Sometimes she accepts petting, sometimes not, and she gets stubborn. She doesn't want to come to hand outside the cage. The previous owner said she was very tame. She was offered 250, and the sale is to the highest bidder, with the cage, God willing.
