Canary Birds Tip 8

#CanaryPox 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 An important topic at this time of year, and I didn't want to write about it because, frankly, the explanation is long and a bit complicated. I'll try to be as brief as possible. As I've previously spoken about the onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, fenugreek, and seven-spice groups in the water dispenser and proven to you that it's all nonsense and more harmful to the bird's intestines than beneficial. Today, one of the garlic, vinegar, and seven-spice group is flooding the internet with a recipe for treating canary pox. He's showing a bird and treating it, and the whole goal is just for likes and followers, at the expense of your suffering as a breeder. What's worse is that he posted the picture on the first day and posted a picture after a few days, even though it's clear that the picture after treatment is a picture of the bird on the first day of infection, and the picture of the bird before treatment, with a bleeding finger, is his picture of the bird after treatment, and he didn't benefit at all. But how do we get likes and followers? So, I'll talk about my experience with canary pox. Of course, due to my friendship with many veterinarians, who, from the beginning, showed me the severity of the disease and the difficulty of recovery. What I want to talk about is that the disease is viral, meaning it enters healthy cells, disguises itself, and enters a incubation period. Is that clear so far? So, how do I treat a virus with garlic, vinegar, or any veterinary or human medicine? I'll answer you briefly: since it's a virus, like the flu, it doesn't get cured until the body develops immunity and the virus's weaknesses are exposed, allowing the body to destroy the virus. So, what about medications? Medications are only to alleviate the bird's suffering and try to boost its immunity so it can resist and not die. Despite this, the recovery rate is low. Out of 43 birds, 6 birds survived, and they survived with loss of an eye or fingers, meaning they were disabled. So, what's the solution? The solution is vaccination, like the polio vaccine for children. There is a vaccine for pox that is given in the wing, and it's not available here yet. If it is available, it's very expensive. I've given you the bottom line. So, what did I do? Did I fall short in anything? I'll show you what ointments we used for the affected area, from insect bite ointments to iodine, garlic, vinegar, and even bleach. We even used hydrogen peroxide, which dentists use to kill the tooth nerve, and seawater. We put shavings on the cage floor, ointments for pimples and warts. I even used gentamicin and aloe vera. This is how we reached the point of stopping the bleeding because when the lesion on the bird's leg gets scratched, the whole cage literally becomes bloody, as if you slaughtered the bird. Of course, in the water dispenser, everything you can imagine, from immunity boosters to anti-inflammatories, intestinal disinfectants, and vitamins, and all from the best brands. Are we clear so far? We didn't benefit. The result was a deadly death. So, what's the reason? The reason is the bite of a flea carrying the disease. What does this mean? If the flea is not carrying the disease, a bump appears at the bite site, responds easily to treatment, and disappears. This is what happened to some breeders, and they thought they had treated the pox and defeated it. But in reality, not every flea bite means a pox infection. The flea might not be carrying the disease, and this explains how some breeders were able to treat the pox. So, how does a flea bite turn into a nightmare? If the flea is carrying the virus, the bird is inevitably infected. So, how does the disease spread? From your hands, from overcrowding birds in the same cage, sharing water and food dispensers, and perches. Most importantly, the mites that spread the disease and turn it into an epidemic in the entire room. Therefore, do not buy a used cage without
