Key Responsibilities: • Full supervision of workshop workflow to ensure production quality. • Developing technical processes and raising quality and efficiency standards. • Building and developing sustainable strategic relationships with our corporate clients (B2B). • Attracting new clients and expanding the portfolio of contracts and projects. Requirements: • Proven practical experience in mechanical engineering and managing iron and metal workshops. • High leadership skills and the ability to direct work teams to achieve goals. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong business partnerships.
