Job Title: Customer Service Employee Number Required: 4 - 6 employees Work Location: Jeddah – with the possibility of remote work arrangements Employment Type: Work hours on a shift basis (variable shifts) Salary: To be determined after the interview Job Responsibilities: Receive player inquiries and address their issues through Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram channels, in addition to the Ticket System and Hotline. Prepare a weekly report on the status of tickets, the quality of technical support, and the most prominent issues faced by players.
