We are looking for outstanding and passionate game community builders to contribute to building and developing the Arabic community for the game. Job: Community Executive Number Required: 2 employees Work Location: Jeddah - with the possibility of arranging remote work Work Type: Full-Time Salary: To be determined after the interview Job Responsibilities: Continuous interaction with players, initiating discussions, and fostering positive communication within the community. Contributing to organizing in-game and out-of-game events and activities to increase player engagement. Assisting in preparing and formulating content that suits the local culture (Localized Content). Maintaining a positive and friendly community environment, and ensuring adherence to community laws and rules. Promoting the game (Seeding) within other groups and fan pages to expand the community and attract new players. Preparing a detailed weekly report on the community's status and the most prominent issues. Requirements: A genuine passion for electronic games, especially MMORPGs. Exceptional communication skills and a high ability to manage digital conversations. A high sense of responsibility and the ability to innovate ideas to revitalize communities. Preferred: Previous experience in community management or moderation in the video game field. Excellent experience in managing groups on platforms: Facebook, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp. Interest in the game Silkroad Online or Silkroad Origin Mobile.
