This role involves direct field work at the port and customs administration, coordinating the movement of the transport fleet and trucks. Job Description: The employee will be responsible for following up and completing sea freight transactions in the field, coordinating with the relevant authorities within the port and customs, in addition to monitoring the entry and exit of trucks, and ensuring the speedy completion of procedures related to cargo clearance, receipt, and delivery. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Liaising with Yanbu Port Administration, Customs, and government/regulatory bodies to finalize all sea freight transactions. Daily field presence to monitor cargo inspection, examination, and customs classification of goods and containers. Coordinating the entry of the truck fleet into port yards and directing drivers for immediate cargo pickup and delivery upon clearance. Obtaining entry permits and gate passes, and monitoring the payment of customs duties and ground fees to avoid late penalties. Immediately resolving any urgent field issues or delays faced by the fleet or cargo within the port. Qualifications and Requirements: Essential Condition: The applicant must be a resident of Yanbu city to ensure prompt response and field presence. Practical field experience in customs clearance and direct interaction with Yanbu Port Administration and Saudi Customs. Thorough knowledge of sea freight customs clearance procedures and the "Fasah" electronic platform. Excellent communication skills and a high ability to manage and direct fleet drivers and trucks.
