The amount I have available is 1,370,000, some of which is inheritance and some I have saved up. I own an apartment in Al-Khobar in addition to the apartment I am looking to invest in. Is the project of purchasing an apartment and renting it annually profitable, or should I keep my capital for other opportunities?
