Close to all services (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). There are comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services in the building, and maintenance for any faults in the room is the landlord's responsibility (electricity - AC - plumbing). There is internet for the building with a monthly subscription. Rent is every two months (1000 SAR) ⬅ paid in advance.
