Responsibilities: - Manage and follow up on daily operational tasks. - Search for new opportunities and contracts for the company. - Build relationships with clients, companies, and relevant entities. - Prepare proposals, negotiate, and follow up on opportunities until closure. - Develop company services and propose new, implementable ideas. - Organize work mechanisms and establish appropriate operational procedures. - Coordinate with suppliers and service providers as required by each project. - Follow up with clients and ensure services are delivered as required. - Contribute to increasing revenue and expanding the company's business scope. Requirements: - A person with a strong commercial and developmental mindset. - Ability to work with limited resources and achieve results. - Proactive, practical, organized, and responsible. - Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience in operations, business development, services, or car rentals is preferred. - Full-time commitment at the company headquarters in Riyadh. Compensation: - No fixed salary at the current stage. - Compensation will be a generous percentage of the profits and business achieved. - A suitable opportunity for an ambitious individual who wishes to build a business and enter a real growth phase with the company. Contractual Mechanism: - For non-Saudis: Sponsorship transfer after a 3-month evaluation period, upon demonstrating competence and achieving results. - For Saudis: An employment contract will be signed after passing the evaluation period and demonstrating competence.
