An Administrative Assistant (male) is required for a part-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizing and managing files and records.
Coordinating appointments and meetings, and preparing their minutes.
Receiving calls and responding to emails.
Preparing reports, letters, and administrative documents.
Following up on daily administrative tasks and coordinating between departments.
Performing other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative work (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
