Horse Boarding Contract Welcome to Abu Jawad Stables ✨ Our goal is to ensure your horse is in the best health, cleanliness, and comfort. Therefore, we adopt a balanced nutrition program with daily monitoring and continuous cleaning. We are pleased to board your horse. To complete the registration process and protect the rights of all parties, please fill out the following information and agree to the terms and conditions:- This contract is made between the horse owner (Party One) and Abu Jawad Stables (Party Two) for the purpose of boarding the horse and providing standard daily care. Terms and Conditions 1. The horse owner affirms that the horse is free from contagious diseases and serious injuries, and that all provided information is accurate. 2. The horse owner is obligated to inform the stable management of any previous illness, allergy, or aggressive behavior of the horse. 3. The stable has the right to refuse to accept any horse showing symptoms of a contagious disease or posing a risk to other horses or staff. 4. The stable is obligated to provide housing, feed, water, and standard daily care for the horse. 5. In case the horse suffers from colic, illness, or an emergency injury, the stable has the right to take necessary emergency measures and contact the horse owner immediately. 6. All costs for the veterinarian, medications, treatments, examinations, and transportation shall be borne by the horse owner. 7. The horse owner acknowledges that horses are naturally prone to sudden illnesses, injuries, and accidents, and the stable shall not be liable for death, injury, or complications resulting from diseases or causes beyond its control, while committing to provide standard care. 8. The stable is not responsible for any injury resulting from the horse's nature, ferocity, play, running, or interaction with other horses. *9. The horse owner is obligated to pay the boarding fees in advance before the boarding begins, and the fees for each month are to be paid in advance before the start of the next boarding period. In case of delayed payment of boarding fees, the stable has the right to claim the dues and suspend additional services until payment is made. 10. The stable has the right to terminate the boarding contract by notifying the horse owner and receiving their horse within an agreed-upon period. 11.
