Sales and Business Development Manager Wanted

Ad Type: Looking for employee Company Overview We are a company specializing in supplying fresh food products, including vegetables, fruits, meats, and seafood, serving restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering companies, and all HoReCa sectors. We aim to expand our customer base and are looking for a passionate Sales and Business Development Manager with the ability to build strong relationships and achieve sales. Job Responsibilities Attracting new clients from the HoReCa sector (restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering companies, etc.). Conducting daily field visits to find new sales opportunities. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Presenting price offers and negotiating until sales are completed. Achieving monthly sales targets. Following up with existing clients and increasing sales volume with them. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Monitoring the market and competitors and proposing new business development opportunities. Continuously updating client data and sales opportunities. Required Qualifications At least two years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food or HoReCa sector. Good knowledge of the restaurant, hotel, and cafe market. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to achieve goals and work under pressure. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in Arabic; English is an added advantage.
