Job Title: Legal Counsel 📍 Location: Riyadh Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia. * Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in law and legal consulting. * Excellent experience in drafting legal memos, regulations, and objections. * Experience in filing lawsuits and following up on litigation procedures. * Full familiarity with the Ministry of Justice platforms and judicial bodies, especially: * Najiz. * Mueen. * Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for legal services and drafting scopes of work and professional proposals. * Proficiency in English, spoken and written. * High skills in legal research, analysis, and document drafting. * Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and work as a team. Job Duties: * Drafting legal memos, regulations, and objections. * Filing lawsuits and following them up through judicial platforms. * Managing cases and following up on hearing dates and regulatory procedures. * Preparing and drafting technical and financial proposals for legal services, and preparing the scope of work, pricing, and supporting documents. * Preparing legal studies, consultations, and research. * Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements. * Representing the company before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies when assigned. * Performing any other legal tasks related to the nature of the work.
