The device suddenly turned off on me. I went to maintenance, and they said (IC). S9 plus: The screen is cracked, but it works fine. A while ago it fell and turned off, and didn't turn on. S20 ultra: The screen is broken, and touch is not working, but all parts are present. It has a problem where it restarts on its own. I went to maintenance, and they said the battery has a problem, or the processor, or there is a problem with the system.
